Meet Jennie’s School Staff

All of Jennie’s School Lead Teachers are educated in Elementary and Early Childhood education and hold MS and BS degrees in these fields. Teachers are American Red Cross Trained in CPR/First Aid.

Lucia Molea

After several years in the business world, Lucia decided to pursue a degree in Education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications/Marketing and a Master of Science Degree in Elementary Education and has been an educator for over 20 years. She is NYS Certified N-6 grade. She is married, has two children and a Chihuahua named Daisy. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. 

Joan Pasinkoff

After several years in the Financial Services industry and the birth of her daughter, Joan became involved in Early Childhood Education. Joan is a -NYS Certified Teaching Assistant, having spent the last ten years at Jennie’s School. She is an avid reader and theater/moviegoer, residing in Millwood with her husband, daughter and miniature poodle.

Laurie Pecora

Laurie lives in Mt. Kisco with her husband and two children. Prior to having children, Laurie taught at a local preschool. For the last four years, she has worked as a Teaching Assistant and Substitute Teacher at Jennie’s School. She volunteers her time at her community church and enjoys gardening, reading, and biking with her family.

Diane Pufahl

Diane has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Elementary and Special Education. She has a Masters of Science and Education and participated in the Teachers College at Columbia University, for the Reading and Writing Institute. Diane is NYS dual certified in both PreK-6 and Special Education K-12. For many years, Diane worked as a Kindergarten teacher at Todd Elementary School, located in nearby Briarcliff Manor. After staying home to raise her three children, Diane went back to teaching and found a new love…PRESCHOOL. For the past two years, Diane has taught Pre-K at Cottle Elementary School in Tuckahoe. She enjoys crafting, baking, spending time with her family and taking her dog on long walks.

 

Sandra Sargisson

Sandra lives in Mt. Kisco with her husband, her dog Zeus and her three children, all of whom graduated from Jennie’s School.  Sandra worked in the financial industry for many years before switching her career to education.   Prior to starting her family, she worked as an assistant in a kindergarten and first-grade classroom at a private school in northern Virginia and then as a reading assistant at Westorchard Elementary School in Chappaqua.  Sandra enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
